Return and Refund Policy

At Jasgun, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the personal and hygiene-related nature of our products, we follow a no-return policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand when refunds or replacements may be applicable.


1. Return Eligibility

All products sold on Jasgun fall under the non-returnable category for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.


2. Exception – Wrong or Defective Products

Returns and refunds will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered)

  • You received a damaged or defective product

In such cases, customers must notify us within  days of receiving the order.


3. Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return under the above exception:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Requests made after the specified timeframe will not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product may be picked up or you may be asked to share images/video proof

  • After verification, a refund or replacement will be initiated

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 Working Days after approval.


5. Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are not available for hygiene products

  • In case of wrong or defective items, we may offer:

    • A replacement of the same product, or

    • A full refund, based on availability and customer preference


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Contact us immediately at 

Failure to report damage within the allowed timeframe may result in rejection of the request.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping will be borne by Jasgun

  • No shipping costs will be refunded for rejected return requests


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
